My english review follows Japanese one. とても[ラブリィなおばあちゃん]といったご婦人が仕切られております.そのため,サ-ビスがゆっくりで,ときどき[おやおや...]ということも.でも部屋はきれいで,なんといっても駅から近いのが魅力.ただ,住宅地にあり,隣にレストランが一軒(でも宿泊した月曜日は休み!)であとは,ほとんど何もありません.湖のお散歩は便利ですが.ス-パ-などもないので,何か欲しい人は,事前の調達をお勧めします. インタ-ネットは,最近,どうもヨ-ロッパで流行しているらしい,[サイトにアクセスする->携帯電話番号を登録する->携帯にパスワ-ドの入ったショ-トメ-ルが届く->再アクセスで完了]といったシステムだったので,海外で使える携帯を持って行かなかった私は,利用できませんでした.レセプションで対策を聞けばどうにかなったかもしれませんが,[おばあちゃん]を見つけるのが大変!(夏休みの繁忙期でしたし)であきらめました. The most positive part is very good access from the station. Easy to go to Zug, or neighboring towns and cities by railes. The friendly "really matured" charming woman managed it very friendly, but was sometimes difficult to find or expect quick responces ( we were in a peak season). Using Internet, you should sign up on the site with your mobile number. Then, they send a pin number to your mobile as a short message. Unless you have any mobile active, it will be a problem. Maybe, we could ask her, but it was difficult to cacth! There were almost no restaurant (one just beside the hotel, highly recommended by Booked.net, but closed on Monday which we stayed) and no shop nearby. I suggest you to eat in Zug (only short ride on the train, very reliable schedule).
